
Really enjoying it now. I took a couple of days off because I wasn’t feeling great, but decided to just dive back in to it today. AND… and… I streamed it for about half an hour on twitch!
It was actually really nice to get to streaming again, so I’m going to stream these workouts at least once a week. Keep an eye on my twitch stream, or on twitter if you want to say hi! In general it’ll be sometime between 10 and 3 (UK time) on a weekday. I’ll get more specific further down the line.
Anyway. I kept the heart rate higher. Burnt a few more calories. Will try and jump up to 45 minutes next week. I’ll start measuring progress in different ways soon too.
